Air3F at "Arsenal of Talents" — the Largest Defense Tech Career Fair

This weekend, the Air3F team attended Arsenal of Talents, the largest career fair in the Defense Tech sector. At our booth, we showcased our Varkhan UGV, the new UAV, and a fully equipped Ground Control Station (GCS).

We connected with dozens of engineers, software developers, and specialists eager to apply their skills toward supporting the military. The industry is expanding rapidly—and so is the caliber of talent entering the field.

For us, the event served as a high-value touchpoint for direct engagement with the tech talent pool. It provided clear insight into who is entering Defense Tech, their technical backgrounds, and their problem-solving approaches. Many conversations immediately jumped to complex systems architecture—skipping the basics entirely.

We extend our sincere thanks to DOU and Lobby X for hosting and organizing this event. Holding the event at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War carried strong symbolism—a reminder that today, we are once again fighting for our fundamental right to exist and preserve our sovereignty.
